"The Future is ... BLACK"

“Black Women Make The Movement MOVE”- Unknown
“ I am rooting for everyone who is Black”-Issa Rae, Creator and Director of “Awkward Black Girl and Insecure”
“ The most disrespected person in America is the black women. The most unprotected person in America is the black woman. The most neglected person in America is a BLACK WOMAN”.- Malcolm X
For years, Society have created a stigma against black women by enforcing stereotypical judgments, unfair pay rates, and finessing black culture while making a mockery out of it. We are shamed by our melanin, hair texture, body type, IQs, titles, lifestyle and still told NO.
NO, You are not good enough!
We stand by our men, breath life into our babies, and work two to three jobs just to make it work! And yet, Black women still remain resilience, determine, and fearless in their endeavors.
From Huffington Post to Fortune, African American women are the “fastest growing group of entrepreneurs" with an increase of 322% since 1997. From the court room to the surgery table, to the writers room to the stages of TED TALK, Black women are really shaking things up!
Cheers to Black Girl Magic everywhere
